Senior Level: Grades 7 to 10
The Senior Level is the final stage of secondary education at Little Stars Academy. Students work with subject teachers, take their studies seriously, and leave ready for the SEE and for higher secondary school.
Deeper subjects, serious preparation
From Grade 7 the curriculum deepens in every subject: English, Nepali, mathematics, science, social studies and optional subjects. Subject teachers teach their specialisms, and students are expected to study independently and to take responsibility for their own progress.
- Subject teachers: each subject taught by a teacher who specialises in it
- SEE preparation: warm-up model tests and interactive teaching strategies through Grades 9 and 10
- Language skills: continued emphasis on the four core language skills
- Science in the lab: the science lab supports practical work alongside theory
Ready for the SEE
Warm-up model tests
Competitive warm-up model tests through the year familiarise students with exam conditions and show exactly where they need more work.
Consistent results
The school reports consistent 100% pass results in the SEE, the national examination taken at the end of Grade 10.
Remedial and counseling support
Remedial classes give targeted help in weak subjects, and age-based counseling sessions support students through the pressure of these years.
Habits for higher study
Students leave with the study habits, discipline and confidence they will need in higher secondary and beyond.
