Principal, Little Stars Academy
Damodar Poudyal leads Little Stars Academy, guiding a team of teachers across the four divisions, from the Montessori-inspired Pre-Primary section to the Senior Level. His message to every family is simple: stay curious. Curiosity leads to learning, learning builds knowledge, and knowledge opens up opportunities.

How we are organized
One team, four divisions
Every staff member belongs to a division, so there is always a teacher who knows your child, their class and their progress.
Division 1
Pre-Primary team
Playgroup, Nursery, Pre I and Pre II. Montessori-inspired early years teachers who make the first school days gentle and engaging.
Division 2
Basic Level team
Grades 1 to 3. Class teachers who build strong foundations in reading, writing and numbers.
Division 3
Junior Level team
Grades 4 to 6. Teachers who guide projects, experiments and growing independence.
Division 4
Senior Level team
Grades 7 to 10. Subject teachers preparing students for the SEE, with warm-up model tests and remedial support.
